MZ Learning Academy`s an accredited Training provider with service seta,MICT and Ceta,We are in process of extending our scope with SABPP and TETA

We are proud to be 100% black-owned with a Level 1 B-BBEE rating. MZ Learning Academy’s Directors have been offering services in the training and development sector for the past 10 years through Service Seta, MICT Seta & W&R Learnerships and skills programs with a 90% – 100% job placement in various fields.

We want to ensure that the South African youth unemployment rate is decreased by offering quality market related education needed.We offer free career guidance to disadvantaged communities and also passionate about rural development.

Manage Learning Projects

MZ Learning Academy is well positioned to plan and manage their clients learning projects. Having worked in the skills development arena for the past 10 years, we have gained valuable experience in terms of the entire process needed to be undertaken when working with projects of this nature.

Our aim is to partner with clients and assist with managing facilitations, assessments and moderations. We also assist our clients with Workplace Skills Plan(WSP), Annual Training Reports(ATR) and also assist with mandatory grants applications with the relevant Setas. In doing this, we allow our clients to focus on their core business, ensuring that processes and procedures are up to date so as to assist with the overall success of each process. We can advise on cost effective options in terms of delivery in relation to their operations and to quantify the return on investment.
